Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional ready to provide comprehensive First and Second Level support for a leading German IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities involve efficiently processing hardware and software incident reports received via email and ticketing systems, including prioritizing, classifying, and meticulously documenting all requests. The specialist will analyze and resolve technical disturbances either remotely or directly onsite, ensuring minimal downtime for users. Key tasks also include the physical installation and removal of hardware components, executing IT relocations, and maintaining accurate asset data records. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT System Integration or a comparable field, proven experience in both First and Second Level support, and strong proficiency with Windows 7/10 and standard ticketing systems.
