Job Summary

This hybrid Senior User Assistance and Content Developer role focuses on creating high-quality documentation and business configuration content for SAP's S/4HANA Sustainability Integration Development team. The professional will be responsible for producing critical collateral, such as configuration guides and administration manuals, ensuring accuracy and usability by validating content hands-on using SAP software. A key aspect of the role involves coordinating User Assistance (UA) deliverables for S/4HANA and BTP, and collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and subject-matter experts. Furthermore, the role requires strong Agile facilitation skills, including acting as a servant-leader to ensure Scrum principles are effectively implemented and supporting team self-organization.
