Job Summary

This role involves developing critical software components designed to realistically simulate vehicles interacting within a virtual world. The successful candidate will be responsible for the realistic modeling of vehicle components and properties in virtual environments, alongside the continuous enhancement of existing vehicle simulators. Daily tasks include integrating, documenting, and maintaining software, coordinating with engine and vehicle developers, and supporting system demonstrations. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or a comparable scientific field, strong knowledge of software technology (object-orientation, modeling, testing), and proven experience developing commercial software products on both Windows and Linux platforms. Experience with distributed systems and secure command of C++ (including Qt, STL, and Multithreading/Multicore programming) are essential, making this a challenging and rewarding position for a skilled software professional.
