Job Summary

This permanent position as an IT Technician involves critical operational support within a data center environment, focusing on IT infrastructure services for large corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the hardware inventory, handling device lending for testing purposes, and coordinating shipping and receiving of materials. A core function is the installation, setup, and basic configuration of servers, coupled with systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting, including hardware exchanges, repairs, and incident resolution. You will also be responsible for the transport, storage, and control of IT hardware and documenting all processes and tickets within the system. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT (e.g., System Integration), initial practical experience in data center or IT support, and strong knowledge of server hardware, network technology, and IT asset management. The role requires a structured approach, team orientation, and flexibility, including participation in rotating weekend shifts.
