Job Summary

This role involves providing essential administrative and organizational support within the "International Nursing" department at a leading university hospital. The Office Assistant will be responsible for independent office organization, managing appointment coordination for the team, and handling visitor reception and telephone communication. A significant focus of the position is supporting the Nursing Management team, specifically in integration management. This includes managing all administrative and organizational tasks related to the acquisition of international nursing colleagues and handling correspondence with contracted recruitment agencies. Candidates should possess a commercial education or equivalent qualification, professional experience in a similar role (ideally within healthcare), strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and good written and spoken English skills.
