Job Summary

This Senior SAP FICO Consultant role involves joining Zalando's ERP Record to Report Tech team, focusing on owning and optimizing the Record to Report (R2R) process, while also supporting Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) areas. The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of robust SAP FI solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), alongside complex SAP CO solutions like Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and CO-PA. A key daily task is translating business requirements from finance stakeholders into functional specifications, performing gap analysis, and ensuring system configuration aligns with best practices. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of SAP FI/CO configuration expertise, deep knowledge of R2R, P2P, and O2C integration points (MM/SD), and strong analytical skills to shape scalable financial solutions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
