Job Summary

This role involves working as a specialized Risk Mitigation Expert, focusing on the final assessment and resolution of complex and sensitive customer cases that pose financial, legal, or reputational risks to the company. Day-to-day tasks include in-depth investigations into issues like fraud prevention and GDPR compliance, making critical decisions often outside standard processes, and utilizing specialized tools for analysis. The expert will uphold high-quality standards by participating in 'four-eye principle' checks and providing constructive feedback to Tier 2 support teams to improve service quality. A key component is cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Fraud Advisory and Privacy Law teams, to identify new fraudulent patterns and ensure regulatory compliance. Candidates must have at least two years of experience handling high-level escalations, data privacy requests, or fraud prevention tasks, coupled with strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
