Job Summary

This pivotal role requires leading and mentoring a team of 6-9 SAP Basis Consultants and Administrators, forming the technical backbone for the company's critical SAP landscape. The Lead will drive the strategic roadmap, transitioning the team from operational focus to proactive, strategic enablers of business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the stability, performance, and security of business-critical SAP systems, including S/4HANA and BTP, leveraging AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate possesses deep, hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and HANA DB administration, coupled with a minimum of five years of technical team leadership experience. Success in this role hinges on strategic thinking, fostering continuous improvement, and effective collaboration with senior stakeholders to translate technical strategy into clear business value.
