This critical role involves taking ownership of and resolving the most complex and sensitive customer cases, operating beyond standard frontline support guidelines. As a Customer Relations Expert, you will conduct meticulous investigations, review past interactions, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Legal, Logistics, and Payments, as well as external service providers, to deliver fair, brand-aligned resolutions. A core focus is driving quality assurance by performing qualitative assessments, providing constructive feedback to service partners, and proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancement to prevent future issues. The ideal candidate possesses proven customer support expertise, a meticulous approach to due diligence, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
