Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary technical expert on components, supporting developers with specialized knowledge, and collaborating closely with Research & Development (R&D) to define component requirements and identify suitable parts for implementation. A key focus of the position is component standardization; this includes organizing cross-functional working groups and optimizing internal workflows to streamline processes. You will be responsible for coordinating with applicants during the material introduction process. This is an attractive opportunity within a renowned international industrial group in Munich. The position requires a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, coupled with strong technical expertise and business acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and an independent, organized working style are essential. Furthermore, you will assist in onboarding a new sub-team in Malaysia by creating and translating instructions and developing e-Trainings, demonstrating the international scope of the role.
