As the primary point of contact for users of the broker software, the IT Support Specialist manages incoming support tickets, incident reports, and general inquiries via phone and email. Key responsibilities include analyzing support cases, prioritizing them based on urgency, and developing efficient solutions, either independently or in collaboration with technical departments. The specialist acts as a crucial interface, coordinating complex technical issues with developers and maintaining meticulous documentation of all support activities and solutions in the CRM system. Furthermore, the role involves informing customers about new functions, updates, and optimization possibilities to ensure optimal software use. Success in this position requires proven experience in IT support, a foundational technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills, particularly excellent German (C1) and good English proficiency.
