Job Summary

This Product Owner role focuses on driving the development of communication features between real estate agents and end-customers within a cutting-edge PropTech web broker product. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering an agile team, ensuring alignment between product vision and implementation. Daily tasks include comprehensive Backlog Management, defining and prioritizing User Stories, and collaborating closely with Development, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features. A key component is effective Stakeholder Management, translating complex requirements from Product Management, CPO, and Support into clear, actionable solutions. Candidates must possess professional experience in agile Product Ownership, a strong technical understanding of concepts like APIs and web applications, and proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira or YouTrack. Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1 level) are mandatory for success in this dynamic, international environment, where you will have significant freedom to shape the future of the product domain.
