Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician/Supporter based in Holzkirchen, Upper Bavaria, supporting an international manufacturing company. The core responsibility is ensuring a seamless IT infrastructure by providing 1st and 2nd Level On-Site Support to employees. Day-to-day tasks involve managing user and application support, installing and configuring complete workstations, deploying operating systems (specifically Windows 10) and software, and training users on new applications and devices. The technician will also analyze and resolve hardware and software faults and maintain meticulous technical documentation of all performed work steps. Key requirements include successfully completed vocational training in an IT field (such as IT Systems Integration Specialist), technical comprehension combined with organizational aptitude, and initial practical experience in IT Support.
