Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Onsite IT Technician passionate about IT solutions, offering a full-time, permanent contract opportunity in Hamburg, initially via temporary employment with an option for permanent takeover. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing diverse IT Support tasks based on provided B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and H+E (Hardware and Equipment) tickets, along with project-specific requirements. Day-to-day duties include providing direct onsite support for Windows clients, printers, telephones, and network components within a leading European IT system house. Key qualifications include a comprehensive understanding of current Windows operating systems, familiarity with networking principles (including Switching and Layers 1-3), and practical experience utilizing ticketing systems for efficient task management.
