Job Summary
This role involves joining an international IT services and engineering solutions company in Munich, focusing on providing essential First Level IT Support. The specialist will be responsible for capturing and analyzing IT disruptions reported via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Key daily tasks include identifying and resolving fundamental IT problems, meticulously documenting all incidents within the ticketing system, and performing troubleshooting either remotely or directly at the end-user's location. A crucial part of the job is onboarding end-users to new devices and software applications.
