Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service IT Technician based in the greater Ingolstadt area, focusing on providing essential IT support for a retailer's branch network. The core responsibilities involve hands-on maintenance, repair, and configuration of the in-store IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Point of Sale (POS) systems and mobile devices. Daily tasks include processing support requests, installing and configuring client and server infrastructure, and maintaining network components, server hardware, and printers.
