Job Summary
This Service Delivery Manager role in Neckarsulm seeks a proactive leader to oversee and guide the IT Service Team, providing both technical and disciplinary leadership. Key daily responsibilities include managing the entire escalation process, ensuring strict adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and driving the continuous, cross-functional development of existing IT services. The manager will also serve as the central interface, leading customer and project meetings, and assisting the Enterprise Delivery Manager with contract matters and customer relationship maintenance. Candidates must possess a completed IT or comparable technical qualification, coupled with professional experience in Service Desk management, remote support, and handling ticket systems. Practical experience in diverse operational scenarios and familiarity with established service concepts are essential. This position offers a competitive salary (€65,000 - €70,000), 30 days of annual leave, and flexible working hours, providing a strong foundation for career growth within a supportive and expanding environment.
