Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician Operator involves ensuring the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of critical IT systems and applications within an international environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the permanent monitoring of selected IT systems, prompt reaction to security incidents, and the swift detection and isolation of warnings and errors to minimize disruption. You will also support specialist departments by managing routine IT tasks and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation, including its qualification, classification, and prioritization. To succeed, you must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with fundamental knowledge of IT Operations and familiarity with ITIL processes. Strong customer and service orientation, assertiveness, and robust communication skills are essential for implementing established service concepts. This position offers challenging and diverse tasks within a collaborative team, characterized by flat hierarchies and short decision paths, starting initially via temporary staffing with a strong option for permanent employment.
