Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Rollout Technician for a company specializing in infrastructure solutions, service management, engineering, and migration, primarily serving pharmaceutical companies across Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities include systematically replacing outdated equipment, fully setting up new client workstations, managing data backup and transfer, and performing individual user customizations. You will also work closely with the Asset Management Team to track the return of old devices. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), coupled with strong technical and organizational understanding. Good knowledge of IT Support or initial Service Desk experience is essential, along with proficiency in both German and English.
