Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as a Kubernetes Engineer in Dortmund offers the chance to drive the digitalization of the healthcare sector within a crisis-proof organization (KVWL). The role focuses heavily on the continuous development and administration of Kubernetes clusters across both operational and development settings. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing technical processes, contributing to the strategic expansion and design of the system environment, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams on critical security and backup concepts. The successful candidate will possess a university degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification, coupled with practical experience operating and developing Kubernetes clusters. Specific knowledge of containerization and deployment using VMware Tanzu is required.
