Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and optimizing the production of In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) for SAN Vet, a global leader in animal health. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, proper product storage, and maintaining consistently high quality in strict adherence to existing instructions and regulations. Key responsibilities include production planning to guarantee product availability, continuous optimization of internal manufacturing processes, and managing the timely validation and maintenance of operating resources and equipment. A critical component of the role is team leadership, focusing on training and developing staff to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in a relevant life science field (e.g., Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology) and possesses significant professional experience in IVD production, quality control, and molecular biology techniques. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Höltinghausen.
