Job Summary

The MSAT Process Engineer works at the intersection of development and manufacturing of innovative pharmaceuticals within Sterile Drug Product Manufacturing (SDPM). This role is critical for ensuring smooth production processes adhere to the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop concepts and rationales for manufacturing, cleaning, and transport processes, and adapting them to regulatory guidelines. The engineer will also manage complex deviations, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement change control measures. Furthermore, the position involves supporting complex local and global projects, optimizing existing procedures, and implementing new technologies and equipment. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to represent the site in internal and external inspections and audits, contributing directly to the goal of bringing groundbreaking medicines to patients faster.
