Job Summary

This role is a fixed-term opportunity for an IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer to actively shape the digital transformation within pharmaceutical production environments in Penzberg. The engineer will be responsible for the independent administration and support of IT/OT infrastructures, focusing on stabilizing, securing, and modernizing production and testing environments. Daily tasks include acting as a specialist for physical and virtual Microsoft Client-Server environments, managing system validation and documentation, and implementing lifecycle measures. A critical component is ensuring operational security within regulated Pharma Closed User Groups, requiring deep expertise in system monitoring, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure, and virtualization (VMware). The ideal candidate possesses multi-year professional experience, mandatory knowledge of GMP, GAMP, and CSV, and is a fluent communicator in both German and English, ready to participate in rotating on-site standby duties.
