Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive and communicative specialist eager to drive the digital transformation of life-saving therapeutics production within Roche's ITOT Pharma Penzberg division. As a Business Application Specialist, you will serve as the primary technical interface for scientists utilizing analytical laboratory devices and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing crucial on-site and telephone support, meticulously documenting all actions in the ticketing system, and maintaining clear communication with end-users. A significant part of the role involves leading projects for system updates and the introduction of new analytical systems, analyzing user workflows, and prioritizing requirements to standardize solutions. Candidates should possess a university degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or Biology, or equivalent vocational training combined with professional project management experience. Experience in a consulting environment or familiarity with analytical lab devices is highly advantageous.
