Job Summary

The Digital Transformation Specialist will join a dedicated and competent team at Siemens Healthineers, focusing on shaping a modern, digital, and holistic working environment within the Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs domains. This role involves defining and developing data-driven, networked processes across all business units, and establishing a forward-looking digitalization strategy (short- to medium-term). The specialist will act as a digital ambassador, leading innovative initiatives, defining use cases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21CFR820, EU MDR/IVDR). A key responsibility is driving process excellence through digital transformation, advocating for continuous improvement, and integrating groundbreaking innovations to achieve end-to-end digitalization. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in (Biomedical) Engineering, Data Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

  • Professional experience in digitalization activities and projects
  • Familiarity with strategy definition
  • Extensive knowledge of quality management and regulatory requirements in medical technology
  • Deep experience with common digital platforms within the MedTech environment

Additional

  • The role can be filled full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week). Mobile work is possible up to an average of 60% of working time (within Germany). Mobile work from abroad is possible for up to 30 days per year under specific conditions and in selected countries.
