Job Summary

This crucial role involves developing innovative electrical solutions to meet the challenges of the energy transition, focusing specifically on securing and controlling future energy lines. The Development Engineer will take increasing responsibility for optimization projects and functional modules, including current and voltage transformers, as well as electronic sensors and actuators for gas-insulated medium-voltage switchgear. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and accompanying technical qualification tests, deriving necessary measures from test results, and creating functional prototypes to verify new concepts. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology and ideally possess multi-year professional experience, particularly in electrical power supply and working with current/voltage transformers. This position offers the opportunity to work within an international project team at a global competence center, contributing directly to the future of energy infrastructure.
