Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) for the agile “Central Information Management Platform” project within a high-level federal authority. The specialist will focus on the systematic analysis and optimization of police operational processing procedures to ensure continuous improvement in information supply. Daily duties include managing coordination and cross-sectional tasks, preparing comprehensive reports and official statements for leadership, and advising central offices and requiring agencies on project matters. You will also be responsible for developing and monitoring strategic concepts, handling task management, and executing public relations measures. The position requires a university degree in fields such as Business, Administration, or Law, ideally with a focus on Project Management. This is a meaningful, permanent position offering flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to contribute directly to Germany's internal security landscape.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diploma (FH), Bachelor) in Law, Administration, Business, Economics, or Psychology, or a comparable degree with a focus on Project Management.

Experience

  • Consent to undergo a simple security clearance check (Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach § 8 SÜG) is mandatory. Willingness to flexible working hours is required. Domestic travel is required frequently (approximately once per quarter) for 2 to 3 days, primarily between Wiesbaden and Berlin.
