Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) by conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative personnel and leadership development programs. The specialist will design, conduct, and evaluate continuing education and information events tailored for various target groups, including organizing and running leadership training for new and experienced executives, particularly in the senior service. A key responsibility is designing and facilitating customized workshops for departments to enhance collaboration. The position also includes acting as the Deputy Team Lead for "Event Management / Future Workshops" across BKA sites in Berlin and Wiesbaden. Candidates must hold a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Administration or Economics and possess at least two years of practical experience in implementing continuing education measures. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (3-5 consecutive days every two months) to BKA locations for event delivery, offering a meaningful job within a high-level federal authority.
