Job Summary
This role involves providing qualified 1st and 2nd Level Onsite and Remote Support for hardware and software issues within a dynamic IT service environment. The specialist will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, classifying, and meticulously documenting disturbances using a ticket system and email. Key daily tasks include performing fault analysis, implementing initial solutions, setting up and dismantling hardware components, managing office moves, and maintaining asset data integrity. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, strong experience with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office, and proficiency with ticketing and remote tools. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to IT projects, continuously optimize operational processes, and gain valuable professional experience in complex project environments, potentially leading to client takeover.
