Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and field services, both remotely and onsite, primarily focusing on end-user support and hardware lifecycle management in Rastatt. Key daily responsibilities include supporting end-users with configuration and use of Apple iPhones and iPads, executing MAC-D activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete), and performing installation, setup, and function tests for various IT peripherals such as PCs, notebooks, and printers. The technician will analyze and resolve disruption tickets within the Break & Fix service framework, ensuring seamless Field and Lifecycle Service operations, alongside meticulous documentation and coordination with clients and internal teams. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Apple iOS, and proven experience in Field & Lifecycle Services.
