Job Summary

This high-impact interim role involves taking end-to-end responsibility for the planning and rollout of O-RAN infrastructure across Germany, covering Radio Units (RU), Distributed Units (DU), and transport connectivity. You will develop, manage, and implement the comprehensive rollout roadmap, ensuring full integration and prioritization in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders. A core function is providing technical leadership to the RAN planning team, including managing resources and capacity, and maintaining continuous collaboration with key partners such as suppliers, TowerCos, and system integrators. Furthermore, the Head of Radio Planning acts as the primary contact for the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) regarding critical frequency, location, and EMF issues. Success hinges on achieving all quantitative rollout targets (e.g., sites per month) within budget, optimizing qualitative KPIs like First-Time-Right, and demonstrating strong leadership and negotiation skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
