Job Summary

This full-time role involves critical installation and fault resolution within the NE4 area of telecommunications, focusing on in-house installations and end-customer connections (FTTH/FTTB/FTTE). The technician will be responsible for fiber optic splicing indoors, mounting house connections (APL, TAE), and performing final measurements and documentation. Additionally, the role includes installing and commissioning DSL and VoIP connections, setting up routers and network devices, and conducting fault analysis and troubleshooting directly at the customer's location. Candidates should possess technical interest or initial experience in telecommunications or electrical engineering. A key requirement is a reliable, independent work style and good German language skills for effective customer interaction and teamwork, alongside a valid Class B driving license.
