Job Summary

This critical role involves coordinating and managing the deployment of technicians for vital telecommunications projects, focusing primarily on Fiber Optic (FTTH/FTTB/FTTE) and DSL connections within the NE4 (end-customer connection) domain. The Dispatch Coordinator is the central hub, responsible for planning technician schedules, managing appointments for house connections and commissioning, and ensuring timely project execution. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary interface between field technicians, customers, and internal departments, and maintaining accurate project and customer data within NE4 systems (potentially utilizing GIS/Network Inventory tools). Candidates should possess technical knowledge of fiber optic and DSL/IP systems and ideally have prior experience in dispatching or project coordination.
