Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Service Technician in Berlin, supporting the IT infrastructure of prominent industrial companies and government agencies. Key day-to-day responsibilities include performing IT support tasks, specifically focusing on 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and on-site (Field Service). The technician will be heavily involved in hardware and software rollouts, provisioning, installation, and configuration of systems, including operating systems like Windows 10. A crucial part of the job is analyzing and resolving IT incidents collaboratively with colleagues and assisting the team with technical escalation management. The ideal candidate should have completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and possess initial professional experience in IT support. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
