This versatile position as a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist in Munich requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments. Day-to-day responsibilities involve comprehensive incident management, including documenting all processes within a ticketing system, scheduling appointments with end-users, and executing basic installations and software assignments. The specialist will also be responsible for the physical setup and breakdown of IT components during office moves, and installing PCs, notebooks, and monitors directly in the customer environment. Key requirements include professional experience in the IT sector, ideally an IT vocational qualification, and practical experience in a Workplace environment, such as User Support or 1st/2nd Level Support. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Merchant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or equivalent professional qualification/experience

Experience

  • Practical experience in the Workplace environment (e.g., Onsite Service, User Support, 1st or 2nd Level Support)
  • Experience using a ticketing system (desirable)
