Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician focuses on providing crucial operational 2nd Level On-Site Support for a leading technology service provider specializing in Device as a Service for major industrial clients throughout Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client systems and applications directly at customer locations, systematically processing inquiries, and meticulously documenting all completed work. You will be the primary point of contact for issues concerning iOS devices, telecommunications components, and the network environment. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT (such as IT System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or comparable professional experience, coupled with initial practical experience in user support. Essential technical skills include proficiency with Office 365 and Windows 10.
