Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Service Technician to provide essential onsite IT support for major corporate clients in Oberhausen. You will be the primary problem-solver, managing IT services, executing hardware rollouts, and delivering comprehensive workplace support. Daily tasks involve troubleshooting Windows clients, analyzing complex issues within the Industrial IT environment, and performing fault resolution on specialized hardware like Panel PCs and Tablets, all managed via a structured ticket system. Ideal candidates possess an IT qualification or equivalent experience, detailed knowledge of current Windows OS, and practical experience in networking fundamentals (Layer 1-3 switching). This position requires flexibility for shift work (starting as early as 06:00) and potentially future on-call duty.
