Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing client support for Windows 10 and macOS environments, handling mobile support for iOS and Android, including Mobile Device Management (MDM), and assisting end-users with new device setup and data migration. The technician will also be responsible for hardware consultation, delivery, installation, managing user data, and maintaining IT hardware inventory in the customer system, as well as supporting meeting room technology. Key qualifications include knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and macOS, a passion for technical innovations, and fluent German language skills.
