Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT Field Service and Rollout Technician ready to manage comprehensive on-site IT support operations in the greater Berlin area. Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling various support tickets, including Incident, Service Request, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Break & Fix tasks. You will provide direct, personal support to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform installations at workstations, and manage complete IT relocations. A key focus is ensuring the operational readiness of a wide range of devices, including desktops, notebooks, tablets, iPhones, multimedia equipment, and mobile scanners. Candidates must possess strong practical experience with Windows Client operating systems, particularly Windows 10, proficiency in hardware and software rollouts, and administration knowledge of Windows Workstations utilizing Microsoft Office O365.
