Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated VIP Support Specialist based in Hamburg, joining an IT company specializing in IT services and engineering solutions. The core responsibilities involve providing high-level technical assistance, primarily in English, by processing and resolving incoming incidents via phone and written communication. You will be instrumental in error analysis and resolution, supporting users both remotely and directly at their workstations. Key daily tasks include configuring and installing essential hardware such as PCs, workstations, and associated peripherals, as well as maintaining precise technical documentation within the ticketing system. Collaboration with 3rd Level Support specialists is expected for handling complex technical matters. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable practical experience. Essential technical knowledge includes expertise in the Windows Client environment (Windows 10), standard Office software, remote deployment tools, and iOS. Fluency (C1 level) in both German and English is a mandatory requirement for this position, which offers a challenging role in an international, flat-hierarchical environment with an option for permanent employment.
