Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Field Service Technician to join a specialized and growing IT consulting firm in Stuttgart, focusing on information and communication technology services. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing essential on-site support, including performing data backups, managing the PC inventory, and executing classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). You will also be responsible for installing various applications and operating systems, as well as setting up and dismantling both new and used hardware. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with strong practical experience in field service. Essential technical knowledge includes hardware, peripherals, and common Microsoft operating systems.
