Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT administration and support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Munich and Upper Bavaria, working both remotely and on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering customer systems and networks, managing Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers, and delivering 1st and 2nd Level Support for hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities also include user account and authorization level management, and implementing new IT software solutions within client businesses. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualifications, along with fundamental knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Apple Server systems, and experience with MS-Exchange and cloud technologies.
