Job Summary

This role involves serving as an IT Service Technician, providing essential onsite support within a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire incident lifecycle: receiving calls, logging, and assigning tickets related to malfunctions. The technician will execute various IT support tasks based on B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), H+E (Hardware/Equipment) tickets, and specific projects. A core function is providing direct, local customer support for issues concerning Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications equipment. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT (such as System Integration) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong proficiency in handling hardware, mobile devices, Windows, iOS, standard software (Office, Adobe), and ticketing systems. The position offers a high degree of personal responsibility, opportunities for professional development, flexible hours, and is initially a temporary staffing role with the option for permanent employment.

Required Skills
