Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position requires a highly competent leader to manage the Technical Operations Management section (focused on Technical Building Equipment) within the Federal Construction division of the SIB (Saxon Real Estate and Construction Management) in Dresden II. The Section Head provides both technical and disciplinary leadership, motivating and guiding staff while overseeing complex planning and construction projects for federal military and civil properties. Key responsibilities include defining tasks, controlling construction measures, fulfilling client responsibilities, and ensuring projects adhere strictly to budget and schedule. Candidates must possess a Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering field (such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy/Building Technology), coupled with practical experience in construction management and deep knowledge of German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB).
