Job Summary

This role involves coordinating, managing, and overseeing building technology services within the Electrical Engineering domain, focusing on high and low voltage systems for state-owned properties, particularly university and higher education buildings in Dresden and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will lead and supervise services across all phases of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures), ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and quality controls. Key responsibilities include preparing and assisting in the awarding of construction and planning contracts, selecting and monitoring specialized planning offices, and providing expert construction advice to users. This is a full-time, permanent position within the Saxon State Property and Construction Management agency (SIB), offering flexible working hours and the social benefits of public service.
