The System Administrator will be responsible for the operation of the M365 tenant and Windows systems at SL1 and SL2 levels, requiring deep expertise in Windows system administration and Active Directory. Day-to-day tasks include processing incident and error reports, estimating effort, deriving change requests, and performing system modifications, installations, and integrations of new products. A key aspect is providing expert consultation to adjacent departments and system/application management on complex IT topics.
