Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Planning and Innovation department by focusing on the requirements management for Air Traffic Management (ATM) voice communication systems. The specialist will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, structuring, and prioritizing requirements, as well as developing acceptance criteria and test procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating requirements with operational departments, conducting and evaluating system tests, and ensuring the quality assurance of system documentation. The position requires representing the company's interests in national and international bodies (e.g., EUROCAE) and collaborating with manufacturers on the continuous development of ATM voice communication systems. Ideal candidates possess a technical or scientific degree, fundamental knowledge of requirements and quality management, and experience with ATM voice communication systems and VoIP interoperability standards. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in a technical or scientific discipline. Additional qualifications in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level) and Requirements Engineering (e.g., CPRE Foundation Level) are advantageous.

Experience

  • Professional experience relevant to a technical or scientific degree
  • Experience with ATM voice communication systems
  • Experience in interoperability standards for VoIP ATM components
  • Experience in leading working groups and participating in projects

Additional
