Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician, primarily focusing on providing hands-on technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure across locations like Düsseldorf, Cologne, Aachen, or Leverkusen. The core responsibilities include relocating PC workstations, performing client installations, and resolving technical issues, particularly related to Windows 10 and MS Office environments. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT equipment, handling the repair, connection, retrieval, and replacement of devices such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, and desktops, ensuring data migration is completed accurately. Furthermore, you will process service requests, manage incident logging and monitoring, and meticulously document all activities.
