Job Summary

This role is designed for an IT Working Student to actively support the daily operations of a leading IT service provider, focusing primarily on workshop activities and sales support. Key responsibilities include providing First-Level Support and performing the installation, setup, repair, and maintenance of technical infrastructure, encompassing Windows client and server systems and networks. This work is mainly conducted remotely or in the workshop, though occasional on-site customer visits are required. Furthermore, the student will assist the sales team with order acceptance, maintaining existing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and consulting customers on hardware and software solutions. Candidates must be currently enrolled in Computer Science or Business Informatics, possess strong technical knowledge in Windows environments, and demonstrate excellent communication, service orientation, and a structured, independent working approach. The position offers flexible hours (up to 20 hours/week) and significant development opportunities within a dynamic team.
