Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged IT Administrator and Service Technician to provide high-quality IT services, primarily on an on-call basis (Mini-job). You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of customer technical infrastructure, including installation, setup, repair, and maintenance. Work is conducted remotely, in the workshop, and occasionally on-site, requiring expertise in Windows client/server systems, network administration, and fundamental PC troubleshooting and repair skills. A key component of the job is providing First-Level Support. Beyond technical duties, you will engage in sales support, order intake, customer relationship management, and hardware/software consultation. The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical qualification, possesses excellent German skills, and is seeking flexible work within a supportive, dynamic team environment with potential for professional development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or comparable technical qualification.

Experience

Multi-year professional experience in an IT system house (if no formal education)
Professional experience in managing Windows client and server systems and networks
Experience in PC troubleshooting, repair, and system assembly
Initial experience in sales (advantageous)
Experience in smartphone and tablet repair (advantageous)
